We are led by our executive chef, Stefano Cordova, who as a world-renowned chef and native of Rome, anchors the Bertucci's tenets of quality, authenticity and passion. Chef Stefano's education began in the basement of his family's bakery and his uncle's pastry shop, and was formalized at the Culinary Institute of Rome. His culinary expertise has been tasted throughout Europe. In 1984, in the United States, he opened Ronasi, billed by Zagat's as "the best Italian restaurant in New York." His other accolades include Top Italian Chef in the USA and Top Italian Chef outside of Italy, both of which were bestowed upon Chef Stefano by the Italian Chef Federation.
