These Managers tour Rome, Florence and Tuscany. They learn about Italian wine making and the nuances of preparing Italian cuisine at several Ruffino vineyards. They tour the cities and the rolling countryside absorbing the history and beauty of Italy and they witness the celebration of hospitality that has become the hallmark of every Italian meal. At the end of the five-day trip, the Managers bring these rich Italian traditions back to the restaurants to share their renewed enthusiasm for Italian hospitality with Bertucci's employees and guests.
