Management Training
The Management Training Program is a comprehensive competency-based program. The program is conducted in a Certified Training Restaurant and facilitated by the Area Training Director. The MIT program is comprised of twelve modules with a focus on the technical specifications and standards of operation in a Bertucci's. Station modules include the employee training process and the skills required to manage that particular function effectively.
As part of the training program you will attend educational classes held at the corporate office in Northborough. Topics include everything from hospitality and service to leadership skills.
There is no question that graduates are well prepared for their responsibilities as a manager.
