Let’s eat! Our classic Italian recipes date back to 1981 when Joey Crugnale, inspired by his grandmother’s kitchen in Italy, opened the first Bertucci’s Brick Oven Pizzeria in Somerville, MA. Serving Italian food handcrafted from the heart became a tradition that continues today.
