Bertucci’s meatballs are made from scratch daily with a blend of ground beef and ground sausage, with Italian ciabatta bread crumbs, buttermilk, eggs, onions, celery, Parmesan and Romano cheese and Italian herbs. Bertucci’s meatballs are not gluten-free or dairy-free.

Yes! Bertucci’s famous freshly baked rolls and pizza dough are vegan friendly. We do not use any butter, shortening or animal by-products in our scratch made dough. Every catering order at Bertucci’s authentic Italian food includes our famous fresh baked rolls, butter chips, and dipping oil. Utensils (plastic forks, knives, spoons), serving utensils, napkins, and plates are available upon request.

Bertucci’s can accommodate most orders on the same day as your event, with 3 hours notice preferred. Some occasions and menu items may require pre-order 24-hours or more in advance. Bertucci’s Catering delivery is available within a 10-mile radius from your selected Bertucci’s restaurant location. A delivery fee (plus applicable taxes) will be applied. Most Bertucci’s locations will be open 4 pm – 10 pm on Thanksgiving Day. Select mall locations will be closed Thanksgiving Day. You can pre order a large group catering order for pick up or delivery prior to Thanksgiving Day.

Our Dining for Dollars Fundraising Program allows local organization members and their supporters to not only enjoy a hot meal around the brick oven but also help raise money for great causes.
